Samyukta Hornad is a guitarist in Redrum

Bengaluru girl Samyukta Hornad has signed her second Tamil film, Redrum, in which she will star opposite Ashok Selvan. This film, directed by Vikram Shreedharan, is said to be a romantic horror, with some dose of action and comedy. Being her second project after Un Samayal Arayil, Samyukta is only too happy to be back in Kollywood.
“It has been a while since Un Samayal Arayil happened.But I have been playing the Tamil bride in so many commercials that it feels nice to be back,” says Samyukta, adding, “I am really liking the vibe, the team and we have been having some insightful conversations about the project. We have begun shooting for the film in Chennai, yesterday.”
On her role, Samyukta says, “I play a guitarist in the film. I have even begun taking some guitar lessons. That’s all I can reveal for now.”
