Bharath's next titled 'Naduvan'

One more film joins the thriller genre in Kollywood. Titled Naduvan, the movie has Bharath and Bairavaa fame Aparna Vinod in lead roles and is being directed by Sharang, who had acted in films like Inidhu Inidhu and CSK.
The film is set against the backdrop of Kodaikanal, and Sharang says, “Bharath and Aparna will be seen as a couple, in the roles of a businessman and a teacher, respectively. The story of the film, which is presented in a non-linear narration, has many thrilling moments apart from scenes that have family drama. This is for the first time Bharath has played the role of a father. The story required a hill station, and hence, we chose Kodai for the shoot.”

Sharang says that the experiences they faced while shooting for the project were as thrilling as the story itself. He explains, “As if mist and heavy rain weren’t enough, we had to face challenges in the form of bison, leeches and monkeys, too. We used to carry salt with us to avoid the leeches. It was sheer luck that a few crew members, including me, escaped unhurt when a bison chased us.”
The shoot of the movie has been completed except for a couple of days’ work which will happen in Chennai in the coming days. Yuva, who has handled camera in Burma and Raja Ranguski, is the cinematographer for the movie which has music by Dharan, while stunt choreography is by Vicky who was behind the impressive sequences in Uriyadi and Ratsasan.
