Tannishtha Chatterjee reaches new heights

Bengali beauty, Tannishtha Chatterjee hosted this year’s Asia Pacific Academy Awards held on November 26 in the Gold coast of Australia.
She was also on the international jury last year headed by Chariots of Fire producer, Lord David Puttnam.
Recently, Tannishtha has been scaling the heights with regard to her career. This year she interacted with international filmmakers and stars from Asia Pacific.Some of the guests at the event included the likes of well- known Chinese director, Zhang Yimou (Heroes, House of Flying Daggers), Director of the Toronto International Film Festival, Cameron Bailey and Mike Ellis, head of Academy Awards, Asia Pacific. Some of the other guests at the event were, Kim Dong Ho (director of Busan International Film festival), famous Australian actor Jack Thompson, Nanshan Shi, Chinese producer who was also in Cannes fest jury this year
Tannishtha, known for her excellent performance in Sarah Gavron's British Film Brick Lane in 2007, was also seen in Academy Award winning German director Florian Gallenberger’s film, Shadows of Time. Apart from that, she has also tried her hand at Bollywood and was last seen in Road Movie with Abhay Deol and Bibar.
