Sunil loves to work with Shruti

He is a fine actor, yet his efforts are mostly centred around television and theatre these days.But now, Sunil Barve is doing a film with Shruti Marathe and Subodh Bhave and loving it too.He recently tweeted, ‘On the sets of my new film with @subodhbhave medha manjrekar and shruti marathe.’
Sunil started doing small roles for serials and plays and has also starred in noted films. After 25 years in the industry, he launched an initiative named Herbarium through his production company Subak to "bring back the lost glory of Marathi musical plays".
The first play, performed in July 2010, was the classic comedy 'Suryachi Pille' originally directed by Damu Kenkre in 1978 with a cast including Madhav Vatve, Bal Karve, Dilip Prabhavalkar, Mohan Gokhale, Sadashiv Amrapurkar and Shanta Jog. His next play directed by Pratima Kulkarni, had Uday Sabnis, Pushkar Shrotri, Aniket Vishwasrao and Aatisha Naik.
