'Jhimma 2': Anand L Rai and Hemant Dhome team for the sequel of Marathi blockbuster film; Deets inside

Actor-director Hemant Dhome recently announced the sequel of his hit film 'Jhimma'. Dhome announced through a special video which is a recreation of a popular scene from the first part of the franchise.
Now, as per the latest update, Jio Studios and Bollywood's ace filmmaker Anand L Rai have announced the release date of its much-awaited sequel 'Jhimma 2'. The film will be released in cinemas on 24 November 2023.
Hemant Dhome once again dons the director’s hat for the sequel and the film will see the reunion of the original cast - Nirmiti Sawant, Kshitee Jog, Suhas Joshi, Suchitra Bandekar, Sayali Sanjeev and Siddharth Chandekar.What’s interesting is that another young popular Marathi actress will be joining the cast too and the reveal is all set to follow soon!

Directed by Hemant Dhome, and written by Irawati Karnik, Jhimma 2 will be released in cinemas on 24 November 2023.
