Digpal Lanjekar recently dropped the title teaser of his upcoming historical film 'Bhadrakali' helmed by
Prasad Oak and it is all anyone is talking about today.
In a recent interaction with Etimes, Filmmaker Digpal Lanjekar said "Bhadrakali' revolves around the first woman chief of Maratha, Sarsenapati Umabai. I wrote the script of 'Bhadrakali' four years ago and started working on the script of 'Sher Shivraj Hai,’ which is the fourth part of series based on
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his army"
He further adds "So, we discussed the script with Prasad Oak and eventually it was decided that Prasad will direct the film.
I have seen Prasad's work, he is a very good director and I am very confident that he will give justice to my script"
Meanwhile, Lanjekar is all set to make his Bollywood debut as a director with actor
Dhruva Karunakar. In an exclusive chat with Etimes, Digpal Lanjekar said " We don't want to disclose anything now. All I can say is, we are working on a big project"
