Chinmay comes home for Ganapati

Actor Chinmay Udgirkar drove to his home town Nashik today for the Ganapati celebrations.
"This is one festival which I never want to miss. After I shifted to Mumbai for career a while ago, I never got enough time to visit home due hectic schedules of daily soaps. However, this is one festival when I made it a point to visit home at least for a day. I was shooting till early morning 4 am and later immediately left for my home town to be a part of complete celebration," says Chinmay.
Though Chinmay missed out on being part of decorations, he was constantly in touch from Mumbai and gave guidelines about how to go ahead with the decorations. He further added, "I wanted to be sure that everything we do in decorations is eco-friendly. I had therefore instructed them to make use of fancy curtains for decorations instead of thermocol decorations."
