After weeks of silence, the makers of L2: Empuraan finally broke the suspense with a striking new character poster featuring Mohanlal. Prithviraj Sukumaran, who is directing and co-starring in the film, shared the update on social media with the cryptic quote: “The greatest trick the DEVIL ever pulled... was convincing the world he doesn’t exist!”—a famous line from The Usual Suspects.

The new poster showcases Mohanlal’s character, Khureshi-Ab’raam, gripping a gun in front of what appears to be an old church or a hidden lair, hinting at the intense power struggles awaiting fans in this highly anticipated sequel. The image also includes the ominous warning: “At your highest moment… be careful! That’s when the Devil comes for you!”

With no updates from the team since the character posters were unveiled, fans had grown anxious about whether L2: Empuraan would stick to its planned March 27 release. However, this latest reveal reassures audiences that the much-awaited film is on track for its grand theatrical debut.
