Sunny Wayne to headline ‘Appan’, makers unveils the first look poster

Sunny Wayne is reuniting with ‘French Viplavam’ director Maju for an upcoming film titled ‘Appan’. The makers launched the first look poster from the film recently and it suggests that Sunny Wayne will be seen playing the role of a commoner, who does rubber tapping for a living.
Dulquer Salmaan launched the first look poster through his social media handle. “Here’s the first look poster of the movie #Appan, directed by Maju.Wishing Sunnychan and the entire team the very best for this venture. 👏 Sunny Wayne,” Dulquer said, unveiling the first look.

Actress Ananya who has recently given an impressive performance in 'Bhramam' too has roped in to play a pivotal role in the film. Actors Grace Antony and Alencier will be seen in some pivotal roles in the film. Maju and R Jayakumar are scripting ‘Appan’.
On the technical front, Pappu, who has previously wielded the camera for movies like ‘Second Show’, 'Koothara' and 'Eeda’ has roped in as the DOP. Kiran Das is in charge of the edits, while Dawn Vincent is the music composer.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sunny Wayne's latest release was 'Kurup' which had Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role.
