Sunny Wayne starrer ‘Appan’ to hit the cinemas soon?

‘Appan’ is actor Sunny Wayne’s upcoming movie directed by Maju and recently the makers released a new poster from the movie. Director Maju took to his official Instagram handle to share the poster and penned a note announcing that the film is billed as a theatrical release. Sharing the poster, Maju wrote,“Appan coming soon to theatres!”

The film ‘Appan’ has a battalion of actors that includes Sunny Wayne, Alencier Ley Lopez, Ananya, Grace Antony, and Paul Valsan, among others.The previously released trailer for the film featured Sunny Wayne as a rubber tapper and by the looks of the trailer, the narrative seems to focus around actor Alencier’s character. The trailer also suggests that the film can be categorized as a dark-comedy genre.

The screenplay of ‘Appan’ is written by director Maju himself, based on the story penned down by R Jayakumar. Kiran Das will be the editor of the film and Pappu will helm the cinematography section. Dawn Vincent will be composing the music for the film ‘Appan’.

Previously director Maju teamed up with the actor Sunny Wayne for the movie ‘French Viplavam’. The script for ‘French Viplavam’ was penned down by the writers Anwar Ali, Shajeer Jaleel, and R. Jayakumar.
The expectation level for Sunny Wayne’s film ‘Appan’ is really high among the audience as the trailer was a promising one and people are really waiting to see Sunny Wayne in a different and realistic avatar.
