Sathyan Anthikad to reunite with Sreenivasan for his next!

It’s official! Veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad will be reuniting with award winning actor-screenwriter-filmaker Sreenivasan for his next! Sathyan Anthikad, who has recently delivered ‘Makal’ featuring Jayaram, and Meera Jasmine in the lead roles, will be next working on a project, which is apparently scripted by Sreenivasan!
Sathyan Anthikad’s son Anoop has broke this news to the world via his social media post.Anoop Anthikad, who also followed in his father’s footsteps, recently dropped a couple of pictures of his father Sathyan Anthikad having a conversation with Sreenivasan!
Sharing the pictures on Facebook, Anoop Sathyan captioned, “Achan: “I’m going to sit with Sreeni for my next.” Me: Woah! #SathyanAnthikad #Sreenivasan.”

Sathyan Anthikad's collaboration with Sreenivasan has delivered countless gems to Malayalam cinema. Their fabulous union has resulted in some of the evergreen and blockbsuter films including 'T. P. Balagopalan M.A.', 'Gandhinagar 2nd Street', 'Sanmanassullavarkku Samadhanam', 'Nadodikkattu', 'Pattanapravesham', 'Ponmuttayidunna Tharavu', 'Varavelpu', 'Thalayanamanthram', 'Sandhesam', and, 'Golanthara Vartha' among others.
Sathyan Anthikad and Sreenivasan last collaborated for the 2018 film 'Njan Prakashan', which the former helmed and the latter scripted. Fahadh Faasil essayed the lead role in 'Njan Prakashan'.
On the other hand, Sathyan Anthikad’s recent outing ‘Makal’ hit the big screens last year (2022). The film received decent response, especially from the family audience.

Meanwhile, Sreenivasan’s recent outing was ‘Kurukkan’, wherein he played a pivotal role.
