Prithviraj Sukumaran - Nayanthara starrer ‘Gold’ wraps up the shoot with a song sequence

According to the sources, Aleena Antony also choreographed the song sequence which was reportedly filmed in Fort Kochi. The reports also suggest that the actors Soubin Shahir and Ganapathi will be seen in cameos in the song which is shot by the ace cinematographers Anend C Chandran and Viswajith Odukkathil who are famous for the films ‘Bheeshma Parvam’, and ‘Hridayam’ respectively.

Mollywood ace director Alphonse Puthren’s third directorial venture ‘Gold’ recently wrapped up the shoot by filming a song sequence featuring Alphonse Puthren’s wife Aleena Antony, actors Soubin Shahir and Ganapathi.

According to the sources, Aleena Antony also choreographed the song sequence which was reportedly filmed in Fort Kochi. The reports also suggest that the actors Soubin Shahir and Ganapathi will be seen in cameos in the song which is shot by the ace cinematographers Anend C Chandran and Viswajith Odukkathil who are famous for the films ‘Bheeshma Parvam’, and ‘Hridayam’ respectively.

Recently, the marks of ‘Gold’ unveiled an intriguing and vibrant first-look poster for the film which introduced a series of several prominent actors.

The first look also raised questions among netizens as a few of them claimed it to be copied from the poster of the Hollywood movie ‘Everything Everywhere All at One’.
Director Alphonse Puthren himself took to his official Facebook handle to clear away the doubts regarding netizens' doubts on whether the ‘Gold’ poster was copied from the Hollywood movie. Alphonse Puthren shared the poster of his own film ‘Neram’ via his official Facebook handle which surprisingly had similarities to ‘Gold’ and ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ posters.

Alphonse Puthren has previously said that ‘Gold’ will not be like his previous two films ‘Neram’ and ‘Premam’ and he also told the audience not to expect a war and romance from ‘Gold’.
Helmed by Alphonse Puthren, ‘Gold’ has the music which is composed by Rajesh Murugesan, and the editing section handled by the director himself.
Apart from Prithviraj Sukumaran and Nayanthara, ‘Gold’ also features a list of several prominent actors in lead roles such as Ajmal Ameer, Krishna Sankar, Idavela Babu, Prem Kumar, Chemban Vinod Jose, Shabareesh Varma, Jaffar Idukki, Roshan Mathew, Mallika Sukumaran, Lalu Alex, and Jagadish.
