Poornima Indrajith speaks about her ‘circle of love’

Actress – designer Poornima Indrajith often shares cute clicks from her family album with her online social media followers and most recently, she shared a black and white candid shot. In the photo, her elder daughter Prarthana Indrajith can be seen planting a hearty kiss on Poornima’s cheeks, as a happy Nakshatra and Indrajith look on.
Poornima, who has titled her caption for the photo, ‘My circle of love,’ writes: Life in today’s times is sure quite difficult for all of us to cope up with.Even though most of are privileged in many ways, for few the uncertainty ahead is quite stressful which in turn cultivates a need of an emotional dependence.
For we, women, this factor can get quite demanding...at times overwhelming too! And if you are a giver, this process of constantly giving love towards all quarters leaves you almost empty. This is when you realise the importance of staying connected with your inner self. In fact to me, it’s a therapeutic exercise that keeps my sanity intact. Learning to
love and appreciate yourself and connecting with your inner spirit is the utmost foundation to create a circle of love.And if we can share this experience with our children, we are gifting them with life’s ultimate emotion of accepting and loving oneself and giving back the same to others.
Poornima, who had come back to the big screen recently through the movie ‘Virus,’ will also be seen in the upcoming Rajeev Ravi film ‘Thuramukham,’ which has Nivin Pauly in the lead.
