Who doesn’t love to sip a cup of hot tea and sit on the balcony on a rainy afternoon? Monsoon has arrived and rain lovers should not miss this weather. We have picked a few songs that you can tune into during your rainy afternoons. From ‘Junile Nilamazhayil’ to ‘Mazhathullikal’, here are five romantic

‘Junile Nilamazhayil’

‘Junile Nilamazhayil’ is the best song to start off with. Featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Geetu Mohandas, ‘Junile Nilamazhayil’ is a melodious number from the 2009 movie ‘Nammal Thammil’. M Jayachandran has composed the music to the lyrics of Gireesh Puthenchery. KJ Yesudas and Sujatha Mohan have crooned the beautiful song.

‘Mizhiyil Ninnum Mizhiyilekk’'Mizhiyil Ninnum' is the perfect romantic number you could tune in to during this monsoon. The song is from the Aashiq Abu's directorial 'Mayanadhi'. Featuring Tovino Thomas and Aishwarya Lekshmi, the soothing song is sung by Shahabaz Aman. Rex Vijayan has composed the music and Anwar Ali has penned the lyrics. Shahabaz Aman bagged the Kerala State Film Award for the best singer for the rendition of this song.



‘Kannondu Chollanu’

‘Kannondu Chollanu’ is another lovely experience for music lovers, as the song is mixed in Dolby Atmos and you can feel the raindrops with the song. The video features Prithviraj Sukumaran and Parvathy Thiruvothu and is from the romantic drama ‘Ennu Ninte Moideen’. Shreya Ghoshal and Vijay Yesudas have sung the duet. M Jayachandran has composed music to the soulful lyrics of Rafeeq Ahamed. The movie also brought the first National award for best music direction for M Jayachandran.



‘Mazhaneer Thullikal’

‘Mazhaneer Thullikal’ is a song from the 2011 movie ‘Beautiful’. The soulful song will bring back all your rain memories. Unni Menon has sung the mellifluous track and actor Anoop Menon has penned the lyrics. Ratheesh Vegha has composed the music.
