Mohanlal, Prabhu together in Vysakh’s next

After almost two decades, Kollywood actor Prabhu and Mollywood’s Big M, Mohanlal will team up for a film.
The mass entertainer will be directed by Vysakh and is titled Pulimurugan. While Mohanlal is playing the title role, Prabhu will be seen in a prominent role in the film. It is for the first time that Vysakh is working with the two leading actors of the south.The director says, “Mohanlal will be seen in a new look. The shoot will commence in May, but the rest of the cast and locations are yet to be finalized.”
The movie will be scripted by Udayakrishna of Udayakrishna-Siby K.Thomas duo, who is turning an independent scribe with this film. Speaking about the project, he says, “There will be a lot of stunts. We’ll have stunt master Peter on board.”
The scriptwriter duo is known for their comedy entertainers. Starting from Mammootty-starrer Hitler to the recently released Rajadhi Raja, they have over 35 projects to their credit. Udayakrishna says, “Pulimurugan will be my first independent film, but that doesn’t mean we have parted ways. After the Mohanlal project, I will pen the script for a Dileep movie, which will be directed by Siby.”
