I am a victim of cybercrime: Kavya Madhavan

Actress Kavya Madhavan, being one of the most popular actresses in Mollywood, has come under the attack of cyber criminals who uses her fake accounts to trap people.
There has also been a lot of fake news online regarding her remarriage.
While speaking at a cyber safety event organised by the city police in Kochi, the actress said, “I am a victim of cybercrime. People have created fake accounts in my name and have spread false rumours about me.I don’t even have a Facebook account and yet these people are chatting with others in my name.” The actress added that this is one of the major challenges faced not only by her alone but women in general in the cyber world.
