Dulquer Salmaan is all excited about dad Mammootty’s ‘CBI 5: The Brain’ teaser

Megastar Mammootty never fails to impress cinephiles and today was no different, as the actor dropped the much-awaited teaser of his next ‘CBI 5: The Brain’. The teaser left the movie buffs spellbound and actor-producer Dulquer Salmaan too was awed by the fabulous teaser! Dulquer Salmaan took to his social media handle and shared the teaser of his dad Mammootty's next, and captioned, “The eagle has landed! Mammootty #cbi5thebrain #sethuramaiyer.”

Mammootty reprises the role of Sethurama Iyer, a CBI officer in ‘CBI 5: The Brain’. The upcoming film also marks the fifth installment of the popular investigative series, and the past four were ‘Oru CBI Diary Kurippu’, ‘Jagratha’, ‘Sethurama Iyer CBI’, and, ‘Nerariyan CBI’. Superstar Mammootty stepping into the shoes of the iconic Sethurama Iyer once again, has left the movie buffs frenzy and social media is flooded with comments on how amazing the teaser is!
‘CBI 5: The Brain’ teaser: Sethurama Iyer is back with a bang!
‘CBI 5: The Brain’ is scripted by SN Swamy and directed by K Madhu and will feature Mammootty in the lead roles. Actors Mukesh and Jagathy Sreekumar have roped in to play the pivotal roles while, actors Renji Panicker, Sai Kumar, Soubin Shahir, Ramesh Pisharadi, Anoop Menon, Dileesh Pothen, Ravi Kumar, Harish Raju, Edavela Babu, Sudev Nair, Prasanth, Alexander, Ramesh Kottayam, Jayakrishnan, Prathap Pothen, Suresh Kumar, Chandhu Karamana, Azees Nedumangad, Santhosh Keezhattur, Asha Sarath, Kaniha, Ansiba, Malavika Menon, and, Malavika Nair, will be seen in some supporting roles.
On the other hand, Dulquer Salmaan was last seen in ‘Salute’, an investigative thriller directed by Rosshan Andrrews. He played the role of a cop in the film, which also marked Diana Penty’s debut in Malayalam. Meanwhile, Dulquer Salmaan has some exciting projects including ‘Guns & Gulaabs’, ‘Chup: Revenge Of The Artist’, and, ‘Othiram Kadakam’, among others in the pipeline.
