Dengue and leptospirosis cases are surging in the State, and actress Rachana Narayanankutty too was down with dengue. The dancer-actress is on the road to recovery and has shared her insight. Rachana Narayanankutty has shared a couple of pictures of her being admitted to the hospital and added that it has been 11 days since she fell sick. She stated that “dengue is a villain,” as it leaves one exhauster.
“So… this is the 11th day since I fell sick! Though 90 percentage recovered I must say I am still in recovery mode!Yes… DENGUE is a villain… a villain who oozes out all your energy…”
She also urged the people to be cautious and take proper care of their health. “So dears…. Please please take care of yourself… please don’t allow your blood count to be reduced… drink plenty of water and eat good food which helps the blood count increase(I know it’s tough though) my story is long hence NOT DESCRIBING! But… this is very very important… DENGUE IS TAKING MANY LIVES… SO PLEASE TAKE CARE.”
She also expressed her love for the fans who reached out to check on her, “Thank you for the concern and support through calls and DMs. I am thankful that people around the globe love me a lot. NB: These pictures were taken on the 9th of this month when I first found myself ill and took them out of mere curiosity… (as I am not a hospital person at all) the smile and happiness you see here is merely “photo sake”! The situation is not happy!!!”
