Bengaluru being a theatre loving city, has something or the other happening every week in terms of theatre. While theatre festivals keep happening every now and then, there are also repeat performances of certain plays on popular demand. There is a dedicated audience that follows the plays staged here closely. Next weekend, the theatre enthusiasts will have another great experience in Kailsamsaara.

Kailasamsaara is an attempt to bring the essence of Kailasam’s life on work, which is full of thought provoking and progressive concepts considering that was written in late 50’s and 60’s and still holds good as values and timeless humour that tickles even today. Kailasamsaara is not only a collage of his works but a commentary too. It makes a research on how the subject would have evolved Kailasamsaara is presented by two artists- Sunder and Veena Sunder taking on many roles and narrating the songs, poems and jokes of Kailasam. It is a journey that’s hilarious and also nostalgic for all Kailasam admirers.
