Romantic number, Cell Phone Gelathi, is out now

A romantic song, Cell Phone Gelathi from Love In The time of Covid, is out now. The lyrical video song, crooned by Pranava Karanth, has garnered the interest of film goers. The project has Shruti Praksh and Rakesh Maiya in lead roles. The movie is directed by Jayanth Seege S and Bharath B J has composed the music.
Speaking about the movie, Shruti Prakash, who is essaying the role of Sheela, says, “Love in the Time of Covid, which is a romantic comedy, happens during the first lockdown between March-April of 2020.The story is about what happens when two former college mates reconnect on social media after many years, and rekindle their fondness for each other during the lockdown.”
Director Jayanth Seege S has said that the film has been shot by using a computer screen concept. We have shot the film without actors facing each other. Since the story unfolds during the lockdown, we wanted to be as realistic as possible. The film also has Apoorva Bharadwaj, Goutham HC, Shankar Murthy, Shravan Aithal and Pavan Venugopal in the supporting cast. The makers are planning to release the movie this year.
