Vinod Prabhakar’s next, Varada, explores father-and-son relationship

Vinod Prabhakar, whose role in this year's Roberrt was widely appreciated, is teaming up with director Uday Prakash for a commercial flick called Varada. Vinod will be paired with Amitha Ranganath in the film.

“In the film, Vinod is an engineer in search of a job. His character has a strange relationship dynamic with his father, which he is looking at changing. Much of the narrative follows Vinod's attempt to get close to his father. The whole story is narrated with an action backdrop with a bit of emotional element, which will keep viewers entertained. Charan Raj will play Vinod's father on screen. The film has a message about how relationships play a key role in everyone's life.” The project also has Prashant Siddiqi, M K Matta, Anil Siddu and Girish Jatti in significant roles.
