Shubha Poonja distributes food to the needy in her village

Actress Shubha Poonja is doing her bit for the needy during lockdown. The actress has joined hands with an NGO to distribute groceries for the needy in a village. On her Instagram page, Shubha Poonja posted, “Very happy that sanghas like Samaja seva samithi and jana samparka seva samithi...kaapu....are distributing the food packets to villagers .I joined them near udupi at my village..proud of a lot of sangha s at my village who are taking such initiatives. (sic)”
The actress is spending her self-isolation time at her native village near Mangaluru. On the silver screen, she was last seen in the movie Naragunda Bandayya, which was based on a real life incident.
