Shrimahadev is excited about working with Sudeep in Kotigobba 3

Actor Shrimahadev made his entry into films last year with Iruvudellava Bittu. He’s now bagged a role in the Sudeep-led multistarrer Kotigobba 3. The film, which is being helmed by Shiva Karthik, is being shot across India and Europe. The team finished a schedule in Hyderabad recently, which saw Shrimahadev participate in the shoot.
“I play Sudeep sir’s friend and confidante in the film,” says the youngster, who confesses that he has been a die-hard Sudeep fan since childhood.“I’ve watched Sudeep sir’s film since I was in primary school. Every weekend was like a festival, since I would get to watch his films. Irrespective of what his role was or whether the story was well-received or not, I have watched every single film of his. I was especially keen on following his body language and listening to his baritone. Despite being in showbiz for four years, I never got to meet him. To work with him was a dream, which has been realised,” says Shrimahadev.
On his experience of working with his idol, the actor says, “I had a fan boy moment every day when I shot with Sudeep sir. I got to spend a lot of time with him; he shared his experiences and guided me about many things, from how to deal with people to fitness.”
