And, the actress touches upon each in this episode. "We all have this dark side to us and I want to indulge in talking about those," she says...
Kama (Lust)
We all have to have desire but what is it that we are going after - career, money, fame, success or another person. For me as an artiste one would want to be appreciated, but the desire to be loved for your work can take over other things, and that needs to be controlled.
Krodha (Anger)
When we don't get what we desire so we tend to get angry so that when you get anger - the second sin in Arishadvarga. I am a short-tempered person but I realised to exercise self control you need to be aware of things that anger you and that's when you realise what makes you angry. For me insensitive people or people who are not professional are the things anger me but I have learnt to be calmer these days.
Lobha (Greed)
Greed to want more. Anything that you have in excess is poison so nothing is ever enough for humans and we always want more. I think to be able to generous and be there for each other. This is another battle I am fighting - enough is never enough for me.

Moha – emotional attachment or temptation
Detachment is very necessary to keep a stable mind for yourself. You need to understand that it is important to be detached emotionally and physically.
Mada – ego or pride
Superiority stems from inferiority. And it is the worst thing that you can do to your self. And, self destruction starts with this false ego and pride, to conquer it and understand that you are nothing and made of the same thing is important.
Matsarya – envy or jealousy
We live in world whee we saee so many happy people and faces - all thes ethings get to you because you compare. To ane xtenet healthy competition is necessary but to
compare and feel inferior is the worst thing taht you can do to yourself. Jelaousy is the scariest of all the six sins.
