Rockline Venkatesh to return to city on Monday to settle assault dispute
Rockline Venkatesh, one of Sandalwood’s most respected producers and distributors, was booked earlier this week for assault under Sections 323, 324 and 506-B of the IPC. Reports also stated that the producer and his brother Bhramaresh, whose name also features in the complaint, had left Bangalore for fear of being arrested. It has now come to light that Rockline Venkatesh’s son Yatish went to the police to offer an explanation about the incident. 
Sources inform the Bangalore Times that, “Rockline will return to the city on Monday to meet the police himself. It is also being said that Rame Gowda — a doctor from Malleswaram who filed the complaint — will, on Monday, withdraw the complaint, and that the affair will be settled privately.”
