Rakshit Shetty reveals he is ‘still being in touch’ with Rashmika Mandanna

Rakshit Shetty starrer ‘Sapta Sagardaache Ello: Side A’ hit the big screens earlier this month, September 1, and the film is receiving impressive reports from all quarters. Helmed by Hemanth M. Rao, the film is doing extremely well, and the Telugu version was released recently. While attending the promotional interviews, Rakshit Shetty opened up about his current rapport with his ex-fiancée Rashmika Mandanna.

Talking to a YouTube channel, Rakshit Shetty reportedly stated that he and Rashmika were still in touch. He shared that Rashmika had a significant dream in the world of cinema and was actively working toward making it a reality. He also added that Rashmika has the determination to accomplish the tasks she had set for herself and also said that she deserve the recognition and appreciation for her achievements. “We should pat her on the back for her achievement,” Rakshit Shetty reportedly said.

For the uninitiated, Rakshit Shetty and Rashmika Mandanna were engaged in 2017. However, in 2018, they called off their engagement, for unknown reasons.

Rakshit Shetty and Rashmika Mandanna have worked together in the popular Kannada movie 'Kirik Party.' If reports are to be believed, the couple fell in love on the sets of the Kannada movie, and decided to take it further. However, they have called off the engagement, and decided to focus more on their respective careers.
