Raghu Mukherjee in experimental mode

After the success of the movie Dandupalya, a movie based on notorious gang called Dandupalya, model-turned-actor Raghu Mukherjeem who was limited to lover boy roles, seems to be exploring different types of roles in Sandalwood. The actor will be seen in more than three movies that will have experimental scripts.
In the movie Akramana, he will be seen donning the role of top cop Subhash.The movie will be made in 3D format, which is being directed by debutant director Prashanth Kumar. This will be the second movie after Upendra's Katari Veera Surasundarangi which will be made in 3D in Sandalwood.
In Apna Desh, Raghu will be seen as Brahmin Boy opposite to Anjali Patel. Girish Karnad is his father in the movie and in Angulimala he is playing the role of Buddha. Angulimala is being directed by Baraguru Ramachandrappa. In Meenakshi, which has Shubha Punja in the lead, he is essaying a role which has negative shades.
