Radhika Narayan to join Diganth in Edagaye Apaghatakke Karana

Actor Radhika Narayan, who was last seen in 2020 in Shivaji Surathkal, has signed her next film with Diganth, titled Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana . The film, which talks about the problems of lefthanders, has Dhanu Harsha playing the female lead, and also has Nidhi Subbaiah playing a pivotal role.
Speaking about the film, director Samarth says, “The film talks about the problems faced by left-handers or the southpaws in their day-to-day life.The world is designed for right-handers. From scissors to entry point of metro stations, everything caters to the right handers. This has caused several accidents for southpaws and we have explored the same in this film.”
Radhika is the latest addition to the film. “An accident with a left-hander leads to a series of events. How he comes out of it forms the story. Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana is a dark comedy and a suspense thriller. All characters are prominent, they take it forward together. Every character is like a milestone. When a new character comes, the direction of the story changes. So, Radhika has a very important character in the film whose appearance will change the course of the film,” he adds.
“Loki of Bhajarangi fame is playing another pivotal role. Around 85% of the film is complete. We have another important character and we are on the lookout for someone who can fit the bill,” he adds.
