This Sankranthi Kannada star heroes might have taken a step back from releasing their films for the season but one Kannada hero is making sound in Telugu biggie 'Veera Simha Reddy' starring
Nandamuri Balakrishna who will be facing
Duniya Vijay as the villain in the film. Duniya Vijay is making his Telugu debut with 'Veera Simha Reddy' playing a villain as Musali Madugu Pratap Reddy.
After the success of 'Baahubali', the cross-over of actors from every industry has become regular to cover up the market having actors from other industries too. Duniya Vijay's acceptance to do the villain role opposite Balakrishna caught the attention of everyone.
The entire team of 'Veera Simha Reddy' have been very happy with Duniya Vijay's work and have been praising him for his work and the performance he's given in the film. In the pre-release event, Balakrishna went on praising Vijay as unstoppable increasing expectations.
As the film is going to release on Jan 12th, Vijay is busy promoting the film in Telugu and Kannada giving interviews. Vijay has been giving his stand on why he is open to doing villain roles when he is having a secure career as a hero. The thirst to prove himself as an actor is what made Vijay agree to do the villain role in 'Veera Simha Reddy'.
During this interview spree, Vijay opened up saying if at all he had a dream to do a villain role against any hero, it's going to be only Shivarajkumar. Vijay shared that he was ready to do the villain role opposite Puneeth Rajkumar and also said Puneeth to consider him many times but things didn't materialize that time. Vijay is eagerly waiting to do the villain role opposite Shivarajkumar and has sent a message through the interviews requesting directors and writers to please come up with a solid story rather than just trying to please the actors.
So hope some director or writer is taking this seriously and hope we see Shivarajkumar and Duniya Vijay come on the screen to face each other as hero and villain.
