Anu Prabhakar returns with Gharbada Gudi

It has been a while since we've seen the talent actress Anu Prabhakar on screen. Fans of the actress can look forward to yet another one of her performance oriented roles in director Sai Prakash's Garbhada Gudi.
Incidentally, the director is said to have shot this socially relevant film within a record number of 21 days. In this film, the director highlights the current ration of men and women in society, thereby tackling the issue of female infanticide.Sai Prakash is said to have collected data on this fall in female child birth and presented the same through this film dramatically. While 'Gharba Gudi' is referred to the sanctum sanatorium of a temple, 'Gharbada Gudi' refers to the womb that is also considered to be a temple.
Also starring in this film are Ramesh Bhat, Padmaja Rao, Girija Lokesh, Tennis Krishna, Bavaji, Ranjana, Prince Darshan, Sihikahi Chandru, Ravindranath and Manamohan among others.
