Apache Indian to rock Delhi

UK-based pop artist Steven Kapur, popularly known as Apache Indian, who has earlier worked with Sean Paul, AR Rahman, Shaggy, Boy George and Jazzy B, amongst others, will be coming to Delhi soon.

UK-based pop artist Steven Kapur, popularly known as Apache Indian, who has earlier worked with Sean Paul, AR Rahman, Shaggy, Boy George and Jazzy B, amongst others, will be coming to Delhi soon for a tour.
Informs event manager Juni Kohli, “Apache Indian will be in India by the end of February. He is expected to perform first in Delhi, then in Bangalore on March 5, in Goa on March 7, followed by a show in Chandigarh.” Juni adds, “It’s only after a long time that he will be here in India.

However, the dates for Chandigarh and Delhi show are yet to be finalized.” Steven, who was born in India, and brought up in Handsworth, England, has about 17 music awards to his name, and was also nominated for the Central Britain Media and Arts Asian Jewel Awards in 2004.
With all the popular bands and musicians coming to perform in the city, it seems, Delhi will soon become the music capital of the country as well, in addition to being the fashion capital. Well, what can we say... Delhi rocks!
