When Salman Khan said Govinda made him Feel 'So Small' due to THIS reason

Salman Khan once shared such a heartwarming story that made him feel "so small" due to Govinda's kindness. On Koffee With Karan in 2019, Salman opened up about his early career days and how the gesture left an impact on him.
Salman reminisced that when he was still a model, he had gone to visit Govinda and was impressed because by then Govinda had done good work in Bollywood by virtue of films such as Love 86 and Ilzaam.

Being "the next big thing" after Mithun Chakraborty, Salman was impressed by the way he rose in the industry.
Salman recalled that during one of their first encounters Govinda had walked into the studio where he was posing for Smash t-shirts in all white-attire: white pants, boots, a belt, and gold chain. He recalled approaching Govinda and complimenting him on his impressive work, as though he were already a superstar himself.
But what has left Salman taken aback is the humble reaction of Govinda. "He held my hands and kept saying 'thank you sir, thank you sir' repeatedly," Salman shared. It was because of this that Salman, while trying to praise the star actor, felt small in front of this very end. Salman admits, "Actually, his humility and good nature at that point impressed me quite a lot, so much so that he set an example for how someone at such a peak should treat fellow human beings.".

The two stars later went on to work together in David Dhawan's hit film 'Partner' in 2007, further cementing their friendship and professional relationship.
On the work front, Salman is currently busy filming 'Sikandar' with director AR Murugadoss.
