Sanjay Suri's tryst with Delhi weddings

The chamak-dhamak of Delhi weddings is exactly what weddinglore in India is majorly made of, and Bollywood stars always have one or two tidbits to add to this, courtesy the number of weddings that they attend.
Recently, we met Sanjay Suri at a wedding function in the capital, but the actor was there to attend not one but two shaadis in the same night.
Sanjay told us, “I’ve come from Mumbai only to attend these functions.Since the two were on the same day in Delhi, I thought I’d attend both.” But, what is discussion at a Dilli ki shaadi without a comment on the opulence? However, on being prodded, Sanjay kept his opinion limited to a very few words, and said, “Yeah, Delhi weddings are a lot of fun, but you can only attend a couple at one ago.” Sanjay himself got married in Delhi in 2001, but says that he managed to keep it very “non-Delhi” and very simple.
