Mohit Suri moves into Udita Goswami’s house

Filmmaker Mohit Suri has changed his address, albeit temporarily. Before you think there’s something amiss, allow us to tell you that the director-writer’s sprawling pad in suburban Mumbai is currently undergoing renovation. Mohit, for the last couple of weeks, has been stationed at a flat owned by his wife, actress Udita Goswami. When asked, Mohit confirmed the news.
He jokingly said, “Yeah, Udita is being generous with my daughter and I.She’s put us up in her house.” On a serious note, the filmmaker added, “Our house is under repair for about two months now. We wanted to knock this off before the monsoon kicks in because then it becomes very difficult to make any renovations. Hopefully, it will take only a few more weeks before we can head back to our house.”
While their civil contractor is working hard to keep his deadline, the Suris have decided to take off on a vacation to beat the heat. “It’s that time of the year when we need to get out of the city. We’re looking at places with a cooler climate. Once Udita makes up her mind on where she wants to holiday, my daughter and I will follow her with our bags,” says Mohit.
