With the #MeToo storm hitting the nation and Bollywood majorly, a lot of film personalities have bare the brunt of the movement.
The latest name and the project which may suffer due to the #MeToo Movement allegations is
Nagraj Manjule and his first Hindi project 'Jhund' respectively, which will star
Amitabh Bachchan.
'Jhund' is 2019 sports biopic, where Big B will essay football coach Vijay Barse of Nagpur who founded Slum Soccer, the organization that takes Indian kids for the Homeless World Cup every year.
However, as now MeToo has named Nagraj, the fate of the film is undecided. Will
Bhushan Kumar ask the director to leave the project just the way he asked
Subhash Kapoor to make an exit from 'Mogul'? the question still remains unanswered.
We contacted Nagraj Manjule however he was unavailable for comment. We also contacted his team, who told us they will get back to us with his comment on the issue. We will update the article once we get any statement from Nagraj Manjule on the issue.
