'Manikarnika' Controversy: Anushka Shetty’s director Ashok is not in favour of Krish’s harsh statement for Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut's 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi' is making headlines almost every day due to The clash between Kangana Ranaut and director Krish. It all started when director Krish slammed Kangana for saying that she directed 70% of the film. In a recent interview, Krish reportedly stated that he is doubtful if anyone would work with Kangana after the Manikarnika controversy.
Manikarnika has been making headlines ever since the film was announced. The film also grabbed eyeballs when writer Apurva Asrani and co-actor Sonu Sood opted out. Lately, there's a buzz that Anushka Shetty’s Bhagamathie director Ashok is not in favour of Krish’s harsh statement for Kangana.
Several film directors like Nandini Reddy and Sanjana Reddy praised Kangana for completing the project which was left by the director midway. Krish, Sonu Sood, Mishti Chakravarty and Apurva Asrani have reportedly accused Kangana Ranaut of cutting off her co-actors' roles in the film after she took over the director's position. When Kangana was quizzed about this matter she said that Krish to take Sonu Sood, Mishti Chakraborty & Apurva Asrani and make a film to teach her a lesson.
'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi' is a film based a story of Rani Laxmibai, who fought against the East India Company and the British to stop her kingdom of Jhansi from being captured.
