Look in 'Commando 2' inspired by Paul Walker, says Freddy Daruwala

Freddy Daruwala says he took inspiration from late Hollywood actor Paul Walker for his role in the forthcoming action film 'Commando 2'. Freddy, who earned recognition with Akshay Kumar starrer 'Holiday - A Soldier Is Never Off Duty', will be seen playing the lead antagonist once again in 'Commando 2'. When Freddy learnt about his character and look in 'Commando 2', the first image that came to his mind was that of Paul Walker from 'Fast & Furious 7'.

"Paul Walker has always been one of my favourite actors. So when I was offered 'Commando 2' and we (makers) discussed about the look, I felt the character suits Paul and we decided to adopt his looks for the movie," Freddy said in a statement here. Produced by Vipul Shah, the film also stars Vidyut Jamwal, Esha Gupta, Adah Sharma. To be directed by Deven Bhojani, the film is set to release on January 6 next year.
