Jackpot: Sunny-Sachiin in a game of high stakes

Kaizad Gustad’s Jackpot, starring Naseeruddin Shah, Sachiin Joshi and Sunny Leone in leading roles, is a fast- paced thriller set against the backdrop of gambling. Shot in casinos in Mumbai, Goa and Thailand, the film has a good dose of humour too.
“It is a combination of style and substance — thrilling, emotional and funny too,” says Sachiin.
Joshi says Leone was just right for the female lead.“We wanted someone with raw sexuality and an element of intrigue. Sunny was perfect as Maya, the unfathomable enchantress. She was a pleasure to work with,” he adds.
Interestingly, the poster of the film has an antique look to it. “We wanted to create a noir effect-cynical characters, bleak settings, but fun at the same time,” says Sachiin.
Jackpot, produced by Viiking Media and Entertainment, releases December 13.
