Actor
Gulshan Devaiah has high regards for filmmaker
Anurag Kashyap. Not only he expresses his gratitude towards Kashyap for giving him a break, he is also taking inspiration from the filmmaker to play a struggling director in the upcoming movie 'Pichchar'.
An IndianExpress.com report stated that Gulshan feels that Anurag Kashyap would be a great reference point to prepare for his role.
'There are certain aspects of my role for which I am using him as source material. As a mark of respect, I can't reveal what they are because some of the inspiration comes from a very personal space. I have a tremendous deal of respect and gratitude towards Anurag. He gave me my first break and I am living my dream because of that,' Gulshan said in statement. He worked with Kashyap in 'That Girl in Yellow Boots'.
The shoot for 'Pichchar' is yet to start. Gulshan's next 'Cabaret' opposite Richa Chadha, will hit the screens soon.
