‘Frozen 2’: Fans ask if Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra will sing in Hindi dubbed version of the animated film

Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas and her cousin sister, Parineeti Chopra will be dubbing for the Hindi version of Hollywood animated movie ‘Frozen 2’.
While Priyanka has been roped in to dub for Elsa, Parineeti will lend her voice for Anna in the film that traces the characters’ pasts and pieces together their present.
Speaking about dubbing for the much-loved characters, Priyanka and Parineeti shared their thoughts and their most treasured moments, dubbing for the roles.Priyanka said in a statement, “My happiness just goes up a notch knowing that Parineeti will be voicing Anna's character. The two of us have never worked together before and this seems like a perfect movie to come together and an experience that I am going to cherish forever."
Parineeti added, "You don't need to be an actress to dream of being a Disney princess!! I absolutely loved the first film, it's my favourite animation film but never thought that I'd get to voice Anna. But of course the real cherry on the cake is that I've been cast in a film about sisters with my real-life sister!! While dubbing we would keep laughing about the fact that we are actually like our characters in real life! Mimi didi is totally like Elsa and I'm totally like Anna! This is why this movie will always be special. I can't wait for the audience response."
The big announcement had fans over the moon as they took to social media to express their excitement. While some were happy to see “Mimi and Tishaa” working together for the first time, others vouched to watch the Hindi dubbed version over the original.





The animated film that broke records for its hit song 'Let It Go', had a fan asking if Priyanka and Parineeti would also sing a track in the upcoming film. While PeeCee has hit singles to her name, Parineeti has lent her voice to croon some tracks for her Hindi films.


Directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, ‘Frozen 2’, voiced by Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel in the Hollywood version, will release in India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on November 22.
