Bollywood star
Ali Fazal seems to have worked his charm and impressed his ‘Death on the Nile’ co-stars.
Kenneth Branagh, who will be seen sharing the screen with Ali in the upcoming Agatha Christie adaptation, was all praise as he gushed about his talented and energetic co-star and their time on the film sets.
Kenneth, who is in the midst of promoting his next -
Christopher Nolan's ‘Tenet’, got talking about Fazal in an interview to PTI.
The actor-filmmaker was asked about Fazal and he had nothing but the best things to say about him.
"Ali was a joy to work with, an absolute joy. He's a total pro. He's a real details man. He was completely caught up in how the character looked, sounded and was able to be very precise, but also very playful. He could improvise when I asked him to improvise. He has a strong sense of humour. He is energetic and physically very adroit, so he was involved in both dancing and in action pieces. He was a fantastic ensemble player,” Kenneth said.
He went on to add, “Ali was incredibly popular with our cast, they loved him."
‘Death on the Nile’ will see the Bollywood star share the screen with an ensemble cast including Armie Hammer,
Gal Gadot, Letitia Wright,
Annette Bening, Rose Leslie,
Russell Brand, and Emma Mackey amongst others.
Ali is among the few Bollywood actors who has carved a niche for himself in the west with his long list of international films to his credit including 2017's Oscar nominated ‘Victoria and Abdul’ alongside
Judi Dench.
