Adil Hussain is looking forward to his next release, Zed Plus, primarily because it is the first time that he is attempting a light-hearted role. “People thought I can play only intense roles, but this film has given me a chance to play a common man and that too, in the lead. My character is badmaash and clever, yet has shades of innocence,” says Adil. The socio-political satire directed by Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi has the actor playing Aslam Puncturewala, a common man living in a dilapidated house.
In a twist of fate, he is provided with Z-plus security, leading to hilarious situations.
