Siddhant Chaturvedi’s solo lead debut in Yudhra sees mixed reviews and modest box office performance. The film had an initial strong start but quickly declined in earnings. With major upcoming projects like Dhadak 2 and a Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next production, Chaturvedi has opportunities to recover from Yudhra's underwhelming performance.
Yudhra Box Office: Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer is inching towards Rs 10 crore mark

Siddhant Chaturvedi’s first solo lead film, Yudhra, is just about managing to stay afloat, even after receiving mixed to negative reviews, and generating only average box office collections. The film is all set to cross the Rs 10 crore mark, courtesy the huge first day of Rs 4.5 crore on the occasion of National Cinema Day, where tickets prices were only Rs 99.
Chaturvedi, who made a strong debut as MC Sher in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, later appeared in films like Bunty Aur Babli 2, Phone Bhoot, and Gehraiyaan.

Despite the initial promise of his career, Yudhra has faced a tough reception, reflecting the challenges of headlining a film solo.
After a good start on Friday, Yudhra crashed to Rs 1.75 crore on Saturday, with Sunday seeing some spike to collect Rs 2.25 collection, but on Monday, the film crashed once again to earn just Rs 80 lakh, and on Tuesday the film dipped even more to collect just Rs 59 lakh, as per early estimates by Sacnilk. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 9.89 crore, while the budget of the film is reportedly pegged at Rs 50 crore.
The chances of Yudhra seeing a revival seem slim, especially with the release of NTR Jr’s highly anticipated Devara, co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, this Friday. Devara has already made a strong start, earning over ₹17 crore on its opening day in India. Meanwhile, Stree 2 continues to perform well, inching closer to breaking Jawan’s record.
Following Yudhra, Siddhant Chaturvedi has two major projects lined up. He will be seen in Dhadak 2 alongside Triptii Dimri, a film backed by Karan Johar. Additionally, he has landed a role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next production, directed by Ravi Udyawar, where he will star opposite Mrunal Thakur. These projects offer Chaturvedi promising opportunities to bounce back from Yudhra's underwhelming performance.
