Liam Neeson’s slimmer avatar in ‘Silence’

The shooting of Martin Scorsese’s forthcoming film, Silence had been wrapped up in May 2015.
Since then, only two official pictures from the film have been released, one of which had Andrew Garfield knocking heads with Shinya Tsukamoto.

Now, the first ever picture of Liam Neeson’s Father, Cristóvão Ferreira, has been released online. The picture shows him in a much slimmer avatar, as the actor had shed 20 pounds for the film.
In a report on Independent.co.uk, Liam has been quoted as saying that Martin requires this level of dedication and that it pays off.
