Ismael Cruz Cordova joins 'Mary, Queen Of Scots'

'Ray Donovan' actor Ismael Cruz Cordova has been cast in a period drama 'Mary Queen of Scots'. The 30-year-old star has joined Saoirse Ronan and Margot Robbie in the film, which is being shot in England and Scotland.

Josie Rourke is directing from a script by Beau Willimon. The story explores the turbulent life of the charismatic Mary Stuart (Ronan), Queen of France at 16 and widow at 18 who defies pressure to remarry.
Cordova will play the role of Rizzio, Mary's confidant.
