Alicia Vikander to feature in 'The Marsh King's Daughter'

Actor Alicia Vikander is all set to star in the upcoming psychological thriller 'The Marsh King's Daughter'.

Reportedly, the 29-year-old actor will feature in the Morten Tyldum-directed film. Vikander will play Helena, a woman living a seemingly ordinary life, but hiding a dark secret within, that she is the daughter of the notorious "Marsh King," the man who held her and her mother captive in the wilderness for years.
The story is based on the best-selling novel of the same name penned by Karen Dionne. Elle Smith and Mark L Smith have developed the script. Vikander is also attached as executive producer. The film is being produced by Teddy Schwarzman from Black Bear Pictures.
