Veteran actress
Sabitri Chatterjee was recently suffering from a frozen shoulder. However, she has recuperated now.
“With proper medication and physiotherapy, I am feeling much better. I had no idea this
coronavirus pandemic would affect the world so badly. It is beyond my imagination. We don’t know when we will be able to get back to work. I don’t like this uncertainly. My heart goes out for the daily wage earners. Also, I miss visiting our studio para,” said the actress.
She added, “I enjoy cooking at times, but chopping vegetables is my forte. I don’t allow anyone to chop vegetables at home, as I believe the taste of any sabzi depends on how one chops the vegetables.”
Recently, the actress watched ‘
Mouchak
’ and ‘
Dhanyee Meye
’, wherein she played the female lead. “I love watching old films, especially
Uttam Kumar starrers. I also watch Hindi classics. I was extremely upset when I heard about
Rishi Kapoor’s demise. He was one of my favourite actors,” said the actress.
