Padmanabha Dasgupta set to start shooting for Parambrata Chatterjee’s film
Padmanabha Dasgupta is all set to start shooting for Parambrata Chatterjee’s film, Abhijaan, from Thursday. “The script of this film has been jointly written by Prambrata and me. Incidentally, I am acting in it too. I play a character that will remind you of the late actor Anoop Kumar, while Rudranil’s (Ghosh) character is a tribute to Rabi Ghosh. I am also a part of Dhrubo Banerjee’s Golondaaz, where I play Ananda Krishna Deb, Dev’s father-in-law.

However, I have no clue when the shooting of the film will resume, as it’s a sports film where maintaining social distance will be a bit difficult,” said Padmanabha.
Currently, the actor is penning a script for Indradeep Das Gupta’s next film, which is all about the existence of the human race in this pandemic. “I am also working on the next Shabor script for Arindam Sil,” Padmanabha added.
