This is my second. It was the banner and the fact that they were making a film (read "Krishna") close to my heart that got me interested in the project," says the actor and adds that he got a warm welcome from the unit.

"I never felt an alien, so there was no question of breaking the ice on the sets. It was like one big family. "
As for getting the diction right Mukul opines, "Bengali is like Urdu. If you cannot get the pronunciation right, you spoil the flavour of it all. I tried my best apart frrom the fact that there were people prompting my lines. I got the the lines written in English and then went for the final take. That made things simple for me." Ask him what he tucked into when on the sets and the actor says that he enjoyed jhal muri. "I love this street food and I must have it when in the city," he signs off.
