Koushani pairs up with Somraj for Sudeshna-Abhijit’s next film

Actor Somraj Maity is a super busy man right now and why not! The popular actor just wrapped up the shooting of director duo Sudeshna Roy and Abhijit Guha’s upcoming film, where he plays the lead opposite Koushani Mukherjee. Apart from the film’s shooting, the actor also had to shoot for his serial simultaneously.
Sharing his experience of working with the director duo and Koushani, the actor said: “The film is based on two different timelines.This is my second project with the director duo. Earlier I had worked in a short film directed by them, titled Cholo Lets Live, where I was paired opposite Saayoni Ghosh. Working with Abhijit Guha and Sudeshna Roy is always a great experience as they can bring out the best in you.
Sharing screen space with Koushani was super too. She is an awesome co-actor and a good friend, so we had fun shooting the film. She was really helpful on the sets as well. The entire film’s unit was great and we pulled off a difficult script in a very short time. Now, the film is in its post-production stage.”
